Dwyane Wade’s wife Siohvaughn Wade was taken into police custody yesterday in Chicago. After she bailed on a mandatory hearing yesterday in the couple’s contentious divorce case.
Maya Nega, the judge in Chicago ordered authorities to take Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade’s alienated wife into custody after she failed to show up for a divorce hearing at the court on Monday.
Siohvaughn Wade’s attorney Marsha Fisher filed an emergency motion Tuesday to quash the judge’s order. Fisher also added that Wade will post the $10,000 on Tuesday.

Maya Nega had unpleasant words for Siohvaughn Wade on Monday saying she had repeatedly neglected the judge’s orders in the ongoing separation case.
Wade filed a lawsuit alleging her husband’s relationship with actress Gabrielle Union last week, as it has caused pain to her and Wade’s have two children from their marriage .
